SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic (Germany/EU): 7-15 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at stojanovicfaijan@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
